Dr. Kyle Znamenak
Clinical Assistant Professor
Dr. Kyle Znamenak is a scholar and practitioner in adult learning, leadership, and organization development. His work focuses on scholarly development, experiential learning, and translating research into practice through teaching, community-engaged research, and public scholarship, including podcasting as a tool for learning and knowledge preservation.
Dr. Anthony Adkisson
Workforce Consultant
Dr. Anthony Adkisson is a professor, consultant, and practitioner whose work focuses on learning, decision-making, and agency within workforce and community systems. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University’s Urban Education program. His research areas focus on adult learning, workforce development, communities of practice, and liminal space. His work is about designing learning environments and organizational structures that help practitioners and participants build voice, capacity and influence in what are often complex settings.
